Generating sustainable philanthropy alongside nonprofit leaders.
We help you understand what’s working, what’s at risk, and what needs to change so your organization can grow with confidence.
Nonprofit leaders are under pressure to sustain their mission while navigating constant demands. Fundraising is hard. Teams are stretched. Strategy gets buried.
Bevy Studio helps you step back, see the full picture, and move forward with clarity. We don’t just advise. We work alongside you to align your team and strengthen your organization.
How It Works
Step 1: See the
Full Picture
We kick off with your full team so everyone is aligned from the start. Through RaftCheck, our AI-enabled diagnostic, we gather input across your organization and surface what’s working, what’s at risk, and where to focus.
Step 2: Turn Insight into Action
We translate those insights into a clear learning agenda and work alongside your team to build the habits, systems, and leadership needed to move forward. This includes coaching, facilitation, and hands-on support.
Step 3: Build Toward Sustainable Growth
We connect your work directly to revenue and fundraising strategy, helping you focus on the right opportunities. As your team grows in confidence and capacity, we step back and transition ownership to you.

Marvin Vilma
Founder
Marvin Vilma is a social impact strategist who helps nonprofits use learning agendas to drive change. As a former educator, he brings a Teaching & Learning lens to philanthropy and organizational strategy.
He is the Founder & CEO of Bevy Studio, providing fractional leadership and AI-enabled diagnostics to strengthen organizational health and fund-readiness. His learning systems help leaders set hypotheses, build fast feedback loops, and iterate to improve their decision-making, sharpen their thinking, and strengthen coordination across teams.
Marvin has facilitated workshops for 250+ nonprofit leaders and boards, gaining insights into how leaders learn to lead, especially in complex, constrained environments. He also offers perspective from both sides of the funding relationship, having served at community-based and intermediary organizations. Most recently, Marvin was a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at Let's Get Ready, helping nearly double revenue after the pandemic, and served as the Founding Managing Director at Next Level Social Impact, helping raise and move $1.5 million in three years.
A Queens native, he studied at Colgate and holds an M.S.Ed. from Penn GSE. Off the clock, you’ll find him collecting languages, plotting the next trip, and disappearing into a good story (usually on Netflix).

Connor Kirkpatrick
Managing Director
Connor's path into nonprofit leadership started early. His parents founded a nonprofit farm for children and families with disabilities, a program that grew from one location to three, serving over 250 people. That early lesson in what sustained, well-built philanthropy can do has shaped every chapter of his career since.
Connor spent four and a half years leading development for a nonprofit supporting first-generation students in public schools, growing annual fundraising to $3M. He most recently served as National Director of Advancement at Book Harvest, where he helped scale the organization's fundraising to over $10.2M annually and grew its base of major donors. He is a Certified FundRaising Executive (CFRE).
Connor is energized by organizations with real ambition to grow their impact and the discipline to build the donor relationships that power it. He's worked across arts, education, science, human services, and literacy, and brings that range of experience to every client engagement — along with a steady hand for turning strategy into systems that last well beyond his time in the room.

Brenda Nascimento
Project Manager
Brenda Nascimento is a project manager who brings both precision and deep empathy to everything she touches. At Bevy Studio, she supports Founder & CEO Marvin Vilma in keeping the engine running and ensuring the strategic work the team does translates into real outcomes.
Her background in performing arts isn't just a fun fact; it's a superpower. Raised in both Angola and Arlington, VA, Brenda earned a Bachelor's in Performing Arts in New York before settling in Los Angeles. Her training gave her the rare ability to step into anyone's shoes and navigate complex relationships with grace.
Her commitment to education is personal. Watching her mother become the first in her family to pursue higher education shaped her understanding of what access can unlock, and what its absence costs. That conviction runs through everything she does — from the organizations she's chosen to serve, to the career she's built where operational excellence meets mission-driven work. Today, that looks like supporting nonprofit leaders at Bevy Studio, expanding access to STEM education at Professor Egghead, and carrying forward the lessons of her time at organizations like Polaris Project and A Place Called Home.
Off the clock, you'll find her getting lost in nature, hunting down the best hole-in-the-wall restaurant, or somewhere new in the world.
